Helen’s smoked salmon and chive pate with toast

Main Dishes

Beef Wellington, prime british fillet topped with a duxelle of onions and mushrooms baked 
in puff pastry served with a burgundy red wine sauce

Fresh poached salmon fillet in white wine with a chive cream sauce

Fetta cheese and spinach baked in filo pastry served with a tomato basil sauce

Plump chicken breast pan fried and topped with Highland haggis and a whisky sauce

All served with vegetables from the garden of Eden
